26th July Attended meeting with Terry Crossley, the Deputy Director of Local Government Fire Pension Scheme and other CLG Officials at Ashdown House.

27th July Attended another meeting, this time with Peter Betts (Director of Resilience), also Martin Hill, Chair of Fire pensions Committee at CLG.

These two meetings resulted in agreement to consider an amendment to the order which never went anywhere apart from a number of emails from Martin Hill disputing what had been agreed and our understanding of the problem.
