CFOA Retained Event

Please find attached the programme and a booking form for the above event taking place on 29th October 2009 in London.

The event will focus on sharing good practice that has led to clear improvements on the way the retained service is managed, with presentations from serving retained personnel, retained employers and managers.

Confirmed speakers include the Fire Minister, Shahid Malik MP who will be launching the Employers Toolkit. CLG, working with key stakeholders and RDS champions, have developed an employers' information toolkit which will include generic material about the RDS and adaptable templates to enable individual services to provide locally produced information.
