Today after 10 years in post, Derek Chadbon retired as the National General Secretary of the RFU, his replacement John Barton, has been the Assistant National General Secretary for the past 6 years. John will be hitting the ground running meeting various stakeholders including Chiefs up and down the country continuing the good work undertaken by his predecessors. Everyone within the RFU wishes Derek well in his retirement and John every success in his new role.
