Please find attached a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which has now been agreed and signed by both the RFU and CFOA relating to the important area of life saving intervention through Co Response.The document has been developed between our two organisations, principally Adrian Hughes RFU and Ian Hayton CFOA.
I can advise you that an RFU delegation comprising Adrian Hughes (President) John Barton (General Secretary) and Tristan Ashby (Assistant General Secretary) met with CFOA board members in London on the 29th November to discuss among other issues future publicity of the document.
We believe that despite negative propaganda from other bodies, it is possible to enter into agreements between stakeholders which can only benefit the service provided to the community and we look forward to working together in the future.
