I am pleased to report that on the 17 October 2007 the agreement to grant the RFU in Cornwall full recognition for consultation and negotiation has been approved and signed by the PPC portfolio holder Ken Yeo.

This is further evidence to confirm that the organisation is moving forward, gaining credibility and growing in strength as each day passes. My congratulations go to all those involved locally in producing a historic moment for the RFU in Cornwall.
