RFU represents personnel working the Retained Duty System
(RDS) in Cambridgeshire and across the UK.
The
union has a no-strike constitution, no political
affiliation and no conflicts of interest, we
are simply here to ensure the best terms and conditions for
our members that compliments the efficient and cost effective
fire cover provided to our local communities.
We believe
in the 'power of argument' rather than the 'argument of power'
and to empower our membership to make decisions on their own
future within the RDS in Cambridgeshire
Fire & Rescue Service.
